## Purpose

Die Stiftung verfolgt folgende Zwecke: den römisch-katholischen Gläubigen der Pfarrei St. Katharina den regelmässigen Gottesdienst zu ermöglichen und für sie die Seelsorge und Fürsorge im weiteren Sinne sicherzustellen; die Ziele des Verbandes der römisch-katholischen Pfarrkirchenstiftungen der Stadt Zürich zu fördern; nach Massgabe ihrer finanziellen Möglichkeiten die Ausübung der Werke des Apostolates und der Caritas, vor allem gegenüber den Armen (vgl. canon 1254 § 2 CIC (Codex Iuris Canonici) auch über die Grenzen der Pfarrei hinaus, wahrzunehmen. Die Stiftung kann alle Geschäfte tätigen, die der Förderung ihres Zwecks dienen. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke.
