## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Unterstützung und Förderung von Projekten auf den Gebieten der Kultur, der Wissenschaft und Forschung, des Natur- und Umweltschutzes, der Europäischen Einheit und der Friedensförderung. Institutionen aus der Regio Basiliensis oder Projekte mit einer direkten Wirkung in der Regio Basiliensis unterstützt und gefördert werden. Der Stiftungsrat kann die Grundsätze der Vergabepolitik in einem Reglement festhalten. Die Stiftung ist gemeinnützig.
