## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt im Bereiche der beruflichen Vorsorge die Erhaltung des obligatorischen und ausserobligatorischen Vorsorgeschutzes. Sie nimmt zu diesem Zweck Austrittsleistungen bzw. Freizügigkeitsleistung gutgeschrieben. Das obligatorische Guthaben gemäss BVG wird hierbei speziell ausgeschieden.Zur Erreichung ihres Zweckes kann die Stiftung Versicherungsverträge abschliessen oder in bestehende Verträge eintreten, wobei sie selbst Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein muss.
