## Purpose

Hebung der Lebensqualität minderbemittelter Kinder selbst, der Bürgergemeinde und der Einwohnergemeinde Unterägeri z.B. durch freiwilligen Kunstunterricht, Kauf von Büchern und Zeitschriften, Ermöglichung von Ferienreisen und Ferienaufenthalten, sportliche Betätigung, Besuch von Theater-, Konzept- und anderen kulturellen Veranstaltungen und Ausstellungsbesuche, Wiederherstellung, resp. Herstellung bei körperlichen Missgestaltungen, vor allem des Gesichtes (einschliesslich kosmetischer Operationen, Zahnstellungskorrekturen, Behebung von Feuermalen usw.). Sollte das zurzeit nicht betriebene Kinderheim "St. Josef-Heim Unterägeri" wieder in Betrieb genommen werden, kommt der Ertrag des Stiftungsvermögens allein den Kinderndes St. Josef-Heims Unterägerizur Hebung der Lebensqualität selbst wie oben umschrieben zu. Sollte der Betrieb des St. Josef-Heim erneut eingestellt werden, kommt der Ertrag des Stiftungsvermögens gemäss ursprünglichem Stiftungszweck wieder den minderbemittelten Kindern der Bürgergemeinde und der Einwohnergemeinde Unterägeri zu und umgekehrt.
