## Purpose

Errichtung, Unterhalt und Betrieb eines Instituts zur Förderung der internationalen Koordination und Zusammenarbeit in der Weltraumforschung sowie zur Durchführung vorbereitender Studien für künftige Weltraumforschungsziele.
