## Purpose

Der Verein hat den Zweck, die gemeinsamen Interessen der Mitglieder am Zigarettenexport sowie an anderen Tabakprodukten (Zigarillos, Zigarren, Tabak und Tabakersatzprodukte (auch ohne Tabakinhalt) nach dem Livignotal zu fördern und zu wahren und das von der Eidgenössischen Oberzolldirektion festgesetzte Kontingent zur Ausfuhr schweizerischer Zigaretten und Schweizer- und importierter Tabakprodukten nach dem Livignotal mit Rückerstattung der fiskalabgaben (Drawback) nach wettbewerbskonformen Regeln auch unter Wahrung des regionalpolitischen Aspektes der Kontingentierung gemäss den in diesem Statut festgesetzten Kriterien unter die Mitglieder des Vereins aufzuteilen. Diese Verteilung hat bei angemessener Berücksichtigung der traditionellen Exportstrome und den im wirtschaftlich schwachen Kanton Graubünden Ansässigen und im Tabakhandel Tätigen auf eine korrekte und gerechte Weise zu erfolgen.
