## Purpose

Das Vereinsvermögen dient der finanziellen Absicherung des Betriebes. Bei Auflösung des Vereins werden verbleibende Mittel einer oder mehreren Organisationen übertragen, die einen gleichen oder ähnlichen Zweck in gemeinnütziger Weise verfolgen.
