## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung ist die Verbesserung der Lebensqualität von Menschen mit einer Behinderung von der Geburt an in der Regel bis zum 25. Altersjahr, längstens jedoch bis zum Übertritt in eine anderen geeignete Einrichtung oder bis ein selbständiges Leben möglich ist. Die Stiftung führt insbesondere das Heilpädagogische Zentrum Baselland und die Förderstätte am Schlosspark. Sie kann jedoch auch weitere Institutionen mit verwandter, dem Stiftungszweck förderlichen Zielsetzung führen, sofern die Stiftung dazu die notwendigen Mittel erarbeitet hat oder ihr die entsprechenden Mittel zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Im weiteren unterstützt die Stiftung den Stifter in seinen Zielsetzungen ideell und partnerschaftlich. Die Stiftung verpflichtet sich insbesondere, im Auftritt gegen innen und aussen die Wort-Bild-Marke "insieme Baselland" des Stifters zu benutzen. Das Tätigkeitsgebiet der Stiftung erstreckt sich auf den Kanton Basel-Landschaft.
