## Purpose

Der Verein verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke, sondern ermöglicht mit freiwilliger und gezielter subsidiärer Hilfe auf ausschliesslich gemeinnütziger Grundlage: a) die Ausrichtung von Beiträgen an den Bau und die Restaurierung von Kirchen, Kapellen, Pfarrhäusern und Pfarreiräumlichkeiten und anderen kirchlichen Bauten als Wahrzeichen des historischen und kulturellen Erbes der Schweiz (gemeinnütziger Zweck) sowie b) die Unterstützung von Seelsorgeprojekten auf allen Ebenen des kirchlichen Lebens in der Schweiz und Hilfeleistungen für Seelsorgerinnen und Seelsorger in Notlagen und c) die Unterstützung von bedeutenden kulturellen Projekten mit kirchlichem Bezug. Das Tätigkeitsgebiet erstreckt sich grundsätzlich auf die Schweiz. Es können auch Schweizer Institutionen im Ausland oder Institutionen mit engem Bezug zur römisch-katholischen Kirche in der Schweiz unterstützt werden.
