## Purpose

Diese Förderung wird umgesetzt durch Aus- und Weiterbildungsprogramme für Teilnehmerinnen aller Altersgruppen; durch Spezialprogramme (bspw. Hackathons und Accelerator); durch individuelles Coaching; durch Ausbildungsangebote in Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen und privaten Partnern; sowie mit der Durchführung von Events. Die Genossenschaft strebt keinen Gewinn an und ist politisch und konfessionell unabhängig.
