Ihre Leistungen stärken die Konkurrenzfähigkeit der kaufmännischen Grundbildungen, tragen zur Sicherstellung des Berufsnachwuchses bei und erleichtern den Betrieben die Ausbildung; erfüllt ihre Aufgaben im Rahmen der Mitgliedschaft bei der Schweizerischen Konferenz der kaufmännischen Ausbildungs- und Prüfungsbranchen (SKKAB) und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Bund, Kantonen und Schulkonferenzen; ist Träger der Ausbildungs- und Prüfungsbranche "Dienstleistung und Administration D&A" ("Services et administration S&A, Servizi e amministrazione S&A, Services and administration S&A") für den Beruf "Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ" ("Employée/Employé de commerce CFC, Impiegata/Impiegato di commercio AFC, Commercial Employee, Federal VET Diploma or Federal VET Diploma in Commerce) sowie des Berufs "Büroassistentin/Büroassistent EBA" ("Assistante de bureau/Assistant de bureau AFP, Assistente d'ufficio CFP, Office Assistant, Federal VET Certificate or Federal VET Certificate in Office Assistance");unterstützt die Kurskommissionen (kantonale bzw. interkantonale Organisationen) in ihren Aufgaben und stellt sicher, dass Synergien genutzt und die Bedürfnisse der Betriebe berücksichtigt werden; wirkt mit in der Trägerschaft des Rahmenlehrplans "Dipl.
