## Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt die Durchführung des Sportkletter-World Cups in Bern ab 2025 (aktuelle Planung jährlich bis mindestens 2028) und gemäss IFSC-Kalender. Er kann alle Tätigkeiten ausüben und alle Massnahmen ergreifen, die zur Verwirklichung der oben genannten Ziele notwendig und angemessen sind. Der Verein beachtet bei seiner Tätigkeit die Statuten, Reglemente und Weisungen des Internationalen Sportkletterverbandes (IFSC). Dabei wird mit dem Verein keine Gewinnerzielung angestrebt. Der Verein sowie seine rechtlichen Vertreter sind in ihrer gesamten Tätigkeit im Rahmen an das Ethik Statut des Schweizer Sports sowie an die Ethik Charta von Swiss Olympic gebunden.
