## Purpose

Im Rahmen seines Zweckes kann der Verein Einrichtungen schaffen, sich an anderen Institutionen beteiligen, solche unterstützen oder mit ihnen Zusammenarbeitsverträge abschliessen. Der Verein übt seine Tätigkeit nicht gewinnorientiert aus. Er ist politisch und konfessionell neutral.
