## Purpose

Der Verein leistet einen aktiven Beitrag zum Schutz, zur Förderung und zur Verbesserung der sexuellen und reproduktiven Gesundheit (z.B. Familienplanung, Sexualaufklärung) und Rechte und zur Verminderung der genderbasierten Gewalt. Primäre Zielgruppen sind Frauen und Kinder, die besonders von Armut und Gewalt betroffen sind. Im Rahmen der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit engagiert sich der Verein in Westafrika und im Westbalkan in partnerschaftlichen Projekten, Programmen und Aktionen. In der Schweiz und im Ausland fördert der Verein durch die Vermittlung von Informationen und Wissen sowie im Dialog mit der Öffentlichkeit das Verständnis für nachhaltige Entwicklung und die Solidarität gegenüber benachteiligten Menschen. Der Verein kann weitere mit seinem Zweck direkt oder indirekt in Zusammenhang stehende Tätigkeiten ausüben.
