## Purpose

Betrieb, Instandstellung und Einrichtung der der Tagwensgemeinde Mollis von Dr.med. Conrad Schindler testamentarisch vermachten Liegenschaft "Hof" in Mollis als Heim für betagte Einwohner von Mollis. Zur Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes kann die Stiftung im Einverständnis mit dem Eigentümer auf dem Grundstück "Hof" Neubauten erstellen lassen, die der Aufnahme von betagten Einwohnern dienen. Das bestehende Wohnhaus muss erhalten bleiben und es dürfen am innern und äussern Bestand des Baues keine einschneidenden Veränderungen vorgenommer werden. Zeitgemässe sanitärische, elektrische und heizungstechnische Einrichtungen jedoch sind als selbstverständlich zugelassen. Das Gartenhäuschen südlich des Wohnhauses soll ebenfalls nach Möglichkeit restauriert und erhalten bleiben. Dem Stiftungszweck entsprechen auch Leistungen der Stiftung, welche das Alltagsleben der Bewohner des Altersheims "Hof" in Mollis bereichern. Die Stiftung kann die Alterswohnungen "Hof" erwerben.
