## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung ist die Hilfe an Mieterinnen und Mieter sowie Angestellte der Stifterin. Die Hilfe soll in besonderen Notfällen, wie Arbeitslosigkeit, Krankheit oder Tod in der Familie, grosse Familienlasten, Invalidität oder dergleichen, erfolgen und kann in einer Mietzinsermässigung oder in anderer Form bestehen. Die Stiftung kann Beiträge an Einrichtungen und Institutionen ausrichten, die Leistungen für die Begünstigten gemäss Abs. 1 erbringen. Diese Beiträge dürfen in der Regel 25 Prozent der jährlichen Einnahmen der Stiftung nicht übersteigen. Ein rechtlicher Anspruch auf Unterstützung besteht nicht.
