Sie kann im Übrigen alle Geschäfte tätigen, die den Zweck der Gesellschaft und der Oetiker-Gruppe fördern oder direkt oder indirekt damit im Zusammenhang stehen. Die Gesellschaft kann mit anderen Gruppengesellschaften Cash-Pooling-Verträge abschliessen.
