## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt auf gemeinnütziger Grundlage den Betrieb eines Alters- und Pflegeheims sowie die Vermietung von preiswerten Alterswohnungen für Einwohner und Einwohnerinnen sowie Bürger und Bürgerinnen der Gemeinde Maur und der umliegenden Gemeinden sowie das Erbringen von Spitex- und Betreuungs-Dienstleistungen in der Gemeinde Maur und den umliegenden Gemeinden. Die Stiftung kann mit anderen Gemeinden oder Institutionen Verträge über Mitbeteiligung oder Mitbenützung abschliessen. Ausnahmsweise können auch Personen aus Gemeinden in das Heim aufgenommen werden, mit welchen keine Verträge bestehen. Die Vermietung von Wohnungen mit unter dem Marktwert liegenden Mietzinsen kann von der Einhaltung von Einkommens- bzw. Vermögensgrenzen abhängig gemacht werden. Es sollen aber auch Wohnungen zu Marktbedingungen angeboten werden. Die Erbringung von zusätzlichen Altersdienstleistungen ist möglich. Die Stiftung kann in den umliegenden Gemeinden weitere Alters- und Pflegeheime betreiben und Spitex- sowie Betreuungs-Dienstleistungen anbieten. Sie kann hierfür Grundstücke erwerben, halten, veräussern und zur Finanzierung belasten. Die Stiftung kann zur Erfüllung des Stiftungszwecks eigene, neue Organisationen errichten, Institutionen mit gleichem oder ähnlichem Zweck fördern, sich an anderen Institutionen beteiligen und Zusammenarbeitsverträge abschliessen. Die Stiftung ist politisch und konfessionell neutral.
