## Purpose

Organisation und Durchführung von Musikanlässen und Theateraufführungen. Die Stiftung kann sich insbesondere an anderen Unternehmungen im In- und Ausland beteiligen, Tochterorganisationen bzw. Tochtergesellschaften im In- und Ausland errichten, vertragliche Kooperationen mit NGO oder Regierungen im In- und Ausland eingehen sowie Grundstücke erwerben, belasten, halten und veräussern. Die Stiftung kann im Übrigen alle Geschäfte tätigen, welche geeignet sind, die Erreichung des Zwecks zu fördern oder zu erleichtern.
