## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft Vereinigte Milchbauern Mitte-Ost (VMMO) bezweckt die Förderung der wirtschaftlichen und politischen Interessen der Milchproduzenten und ihrer Organisationen, welche sich in ihrem Einzugsgebiet befinden. Sie gewährleistet eine sachgerechte Interessenvertretung gegenüber Behörden, Organisationen und der Öffentlichkeit. Die Genossenschaft unterhält einen Beratungsdienst, welcher ihre Mitglieder in milchwirtschaftlichen, rechtlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen unterstützt. Die Milchproduzenten und ihre Organisationen im Einzugsgebiet werden regelmässig mit Informationen zum Milchmarkt versorgt. Die Genossenschaft erbringt im Interesse der Milchwirtschaft Dienstleistungen zu Gunsten der Milchproduzenten oder deren Organisationen. Die Genossenschaft setzt sich für ein gutes Image der Land- und Milchwirtschaft ein. lm Weiteren bezweckt die Genossenschaft die langfristige Erhaltung und optimale Bewirtschaftung des Vermögens zur Finanzierung der Aufgaben. Das Einzugsgebiet umfasst die Kantone Aargau (Teil), Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Appenzell Innerrhoden, Glarus, Graubünden, St. Gallen, Schaffhausen, Schwyz, Thurgau (Teil), Zürich, Zug sowie das Land Liechtenstein. Eine Anpassung des Einzugsgebiets kann in Absprache mit angrenzenden Genossenschaften erfolgen, sofern die Delegiertenversammlung zustimmt.
