Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke erwerben oder veräussern sowie Häuser aller Art bauen, erwerben, verwalten oder vermieten. Auch der Verkauf von Grundstücken oder Teilen davon ist ihr erlaubt. Ebenso kann sie sich an juristischen Personen beteiligen.
