## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft kann Liegenschaften an- und verkaufen, Baurechte erwerben und errichten, ferner weitergeben sowie überhaupt alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Genossenschaft zu fördern und direkt oder indirekt damit zusammenhängen.
