## Purpose

Die „Genossenschaft Pura Verdura" bezweckt durch gemeinsame Selbsthilfe die Errichtung und die Führung eines landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs, um damit die Genossenschaftsmitglieder mit mehrheitlich eigenen, landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen regelmässig zu versorgen (sogenannte Ernteanteile). Der Anbau erfolgt nach den Richtlinien der biologischen Landwirtschaft, durch eine faire Entlöhnung der Gemüsefachkräfte und durch das aktive Mitwirken der Genossenschaftsmitglieder. Die „Genossenschaft Pura Verdura" macht nachhaltige Landwirtschaft und Ernährung sichtbar und erlebbar für alle. Gemeinsam mit verwandten Initiativen und Organisationen soll Pura Verdura eine nachhaltige Landwirtschaft und Ernährung weiter voranbringen.
