## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft fördert das Wohnen und Betreiben von Gewerben in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung, versucht, das Ansehen von Wohn- und Hausgemeinschaften in der Öffentlichkeit zu heben, und entzieht die Liegenschaften der Spekulation. Sie stellt diesen Wohn- und Gewerberaum möglichst preisgünstig ihren Genossenschaftsmitgliedern zur Verfügung. Geeigneter Raum zum Wohnen und zur gewerblichen Nutzung kann von der Genossenschaft auch mietweise beschafft werden oder selber gebaut werden. Land kann im Baurecht oder in Pacht erworben werden. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig im Sinne des Wohnraumförderungsgesetzes und nicht gewinnstrebig.
