Sie kann Darlehen aufnehmen und gewähren, Garantien und andere Sicherheiten stellen, Immaterialgüterrechte erwerben, verwalten und verwerten. Des Weiteren kann sie Zweigniederlassungen und Tochtergesellschaften im In- und Ausland errichten, sich an anderen Unternehmen beteiligen oder sich mit solchen zusammenschliessen.
