Die Unterstützung von blinden, seh- und lesebehinderten Menschen bei der Nutzung von Hilfsmitteln für den Alltag durch Beratung und Schulung, insbesondere im Bereich der smarten Technologien; 2. Die aktive Beobachtung des Markts, welche Produkte sich als Hilfsmittel für Blinde, Seh- und Lesebehinderte eignen; 3. Das Erstellen von Testberichten sowie die diesbezügliche Information an die Genossenschafter und die breite Öffentlichkeit; 4. Die Sensibilisierung der Öffentlichkeit für Anliegen von Menschen mit Seh- und Lesebehinderung; 5. Die aktive Vernetzung im In- und Ausland; 6. Den Erwerb von Stimm- und Antragsrechten im In- und Ausland, um für die Bedürfnisse und Ansprüche von Blinden, Seh- und Lesebehinderten zu sensibilisieren oder diese zu vertreten; 7. Den Betrieb eines spezialisierten Ladens für Hilfsmittel für Blinde, Seh- und Lesebehinderte mit Tools4theBlind GmbH.
