## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft HirsMed.Net bezweckt die Führung eines Dienstleistungszentrums zur Wahrnehmung bzw. Förderung der Interessen der an der Klinik Hirslanden und Klinik Im Park als interne oder externe Belegärzte tätigen Ärztinnen und Ärzte, insbesondere mit dem Ziel, eine optimale medizinische Versorgung der Patienten in diagnostischer und behandlungstechnischer Hinsicht sicherzustellen sowie die zusammengeschlossenen Ärztinnen und Ärzte gegenüber der administrativen Leitung der jeweiligen Klinik sowie gegenüber natürlichen und juristischen Personen des privaten und öffentlichen Rechts nach aussen zu vertreten. Die Genossenschaft kann sich mit anderen Ärztevereinigungen und Verbänden ähnlicher Art, insbesondere solchen an anderen Privatspitälern zusammenschliessen, Zweigniederlassungen oder Tochtergesellschaften im ln- und Ausland errichten sowie Unternehmen jeglicher Art gründen, übernehmen oder sich an solchen beteiligen. Die Genossenschaft kann auch Grundstücke erwerben, halten oder veräussern. Im Weiteren kann sie alle kommerziellen, finanziellen und anderen Tätigkeiten ausüben, welche mit dem Zweck der Genossenschaft in Zusammenhang stehen oder diesen fördern.
