## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt den Bau und den Unterhalt von preiswerten Wohnungen, um sie mehrheitlich an Mieterinnen und Mieter 60+ zu vermieten. Dabei orientiert sie sich am selbst entwickelten «Wohnenplus»-Modell. Damit sollen die Mieterinnen und Mieter befähigt werden, so lange wie möglich selbstbestimmt in ihren eigenen vier Wänden zu wohnen. Die Genossenschaft kann auch Wohnraum für andere Bevölkerungskreise anbieten. Die Genossenschaft erfüllt diesen Zweck u.a. durch: a) Erwerb von Bauland und Baurechten; b) Bau und Erwerb von Wohnhäusern und Umbau von bestehenden Bauten, unter Berücksichtigung der zeitgemässen genossenschaftlichen Wohnbedürfnisse; c) Sorgfältige und laufenden Unterhalt und periodische Erneuerung der bestehenden Bauten; d) Verwaltung und Vermietung der Wohnungen (eventuell gemäss separatem Vermietungsreglement); e) Allfällige Beanspruchung von Förderungsinstrumenten nach dem eidgenössischen Wohnraumförderungsgesetz beziehungsweise entsprechenden kantonalen und kommunalen Gesetzen; f) Fördern von gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten der Mieterinnen und Mieter. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnstrebig. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen.
