Company Purpose
Schaffung und Erhalt von dauerhaft gutem und preisgünstigem Wohn- und Gewerberaum hauptsächlich in der Region Winterthur und in der Ostschweiz in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung der Mitglieder. Die Genossenschaft ist bestrebt, Räume für alle Bevölkerungskreise anzubieten, insbesondere auch für Alleinstehende, Familien, Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen und Betagte. Sie fördert das Zusammenleben im Sinne gesamtgesellschaftlicher Verantwortung und gegenseitiger Solidarität.
