## Purpose

Die Erträge des Betriebs des Baumwipfelpfades sowie des Betriebs von mit dem Baumwipfelpfad eng verbundenen und ihm untergeordneten Annexbetrieben (zB in Form eines Kioskes mit Verkauf von regionalen Produkten und zur Bewirtung der Besucher), dienen der Genossenschaft zur Förderung ihres Hauptzwecks. Die Genossenschaft kann die zum Betrieb des Baumwipfelpfades notwendigen Immobilien (z.B. Standortgrundstück, Parkierungsflächen, Erschliessungsflächen und dergleichen) mieten, erwerben oder halten. Sie kann nur Finanzanlagen tätigen, um ihre Reserven für Bau, Betrieb und Unterhalt des Baumwipfelpfades sinnvoll anzulegen und zu mehren.
