## Purpose

Sie fördert zudem kulturelle Anlässe im Amtshaus und berücksichtigt bei ihrem Handeln die Bedürfnisse der Bewohnenden und Arbeitenden von Kaiserstuhl. Sie sucht diesen Zweck insbesondere zu erreichen durch: a) Erwerb von Bauland und Baurechten; b) Erwerb oder Bau von Liegenschaften; c) Miete von Wohn- oder Gewerberäumen; d) sorgfältigen und laufenden Unterhalt und periodische Erneuerung ihrer Bauten; e) Pflege und Betrieb von Kulturgütern; f) Kauf und Betrieb von Infrastrukturanlagen zur Versorgung ihrer Mitglieder sowie der Bewohnenden von Kaiserstuhl; g) Verwaltung und Vermietung der Wohnungen, Arbeits- und Kulturräume auf der Basis der Kostenmiete; h) Förderung von genossenschaftlichen und kulturellen Aktivitäten in den eigenen Liegenschaften und in Kaiserstuhl; i) Förderung der nachbarschaftlichen Solidarität und Stärkung der Gemeinschaft ihrer Mitglieder; j) Förderung der Selbstorganisation in Ihren Liegenschaften. Die Genossenschaft kann Förderungsinstrumente nach dem eidgenössischen Wohnraumförderungsgesetz bzw. entsprechenden kantonalen und kommunalen Gesetzen beanspruchen. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen. Sie ist Mitglied von Wohnbaugenossenschaften Schweiz, Verband der gemeinnützigen Wohnbauträger.
