## Purpose

Ausserdem erbringt die Gesellschaft administrative und verwaltungstechnische Dienstleistungen für die Geberit-Gruppe wie z.B. Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Buchhaltungs- und Controllingaufgaben, Zahlungsverkehr, Cash- und Vermögensverwaltung sowie weitere Finanzdienstleistungen, Steuerberatung, Personaladministration, Versicherungs- und Personalvorsorgemanagement, Informatik und Organisationsdienstleistungen und betreibt die entsprechenden technischen Anlagen. Weiter ist die Gesellschaft zentrale Forschungs- und Entwicklungseinheit in der Geberit-Gruppe und in dieser Funktion insbesondere zuständig für Grundlagenforschung, Entwicklung neuer und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte, Materialien, Verfahren und Technologien, Durchführung von Material- und Produktprüfungen sowie Erwirkung von behördlichen Zulassungen aller Art. Im Weiteren umfasst der Zweck auch alle Tätigkeiten, die der Förderung dieser Hauptzwecke dienen; namentlich kann die Gesellschaft im In- und Ausland gleichartige oder verwandte Unternehmen gründen oder erwerben, auf eigene Rechnung oder treuhänderisch Finanzgeschäfte aller Art eingehen, innerhalb und ausserhalb der Geberit-Gruppe mit Waren aller Art Handel treiben sowie Immaterialgüterrechte und Grundstücke erwerben, verwalten, belasten und veräussern. Die Gesellschaft ist in der Geberit-Gruppe integriert und richtet sich, sofern dies mit ihrem Gesellschaftsinteresse vereinbar ist, nach den von der Konzernleitung der Geberit-Gruppe erlassenen Zielen, Grundsätzen und Weisungen.
