## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt ohne Verfolgung von Erwerbs- oder Selbsthilfezwecken die Förderung von Bestrebungen im gemeinnützigen, weiterbildungs-, kulturellen und sportlichen Bereich. Der Stiftungszweck soll insbesondere erreicht werden durch: 2.1 das Erbringen von Leistungen zur direkten Finanzierung der Grund-, Aus- und Weiterbildungen sowie Arbeitsmarktintegration von Menschen, welche in der Gastronomie- und Hotelleriebranche tätig sind oder dadurch künftig tätig werden können; 2.2 die Förderung des Bildungsbereichs, insbesondere die Unterstützung von Einrichtungen und karitativen Institutionen, die der Grund-, Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie der Arbeitsmarkintegration dienen; 2.3 die finanzielle Unterstützung von karitativen Institutionen sowie die direkte finanzielle Unterstützung an hilfsbedürftige Menschen, welche insbesondere mit der Wertschöpfungskette der Gastronomie- und Hotelleriebranche in Berührung stehen oder ein gesundheitliches Leiden haben. Die Tätigkeit der Stiftung erstreckt sich in erster Linie auf das Gebiet der Schweiz, doch kann sie auch gleichartige Bestrebungen im Ausland unterstützen. Neben den in Ziff. 2.2 und 2.3 genannten Institutionen sollen insbesondere Mitarbeitende der Stifterin unterstützt werden.
