## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht in der Weiterführung des Fürsorgefonds, welcher in der Fürsorgestiftung der Stifterfirma vorher separat verwaltet wurde. Aufgrund des Anschlusses der Vorsorgeeinrichtungen der im Jahre 1990 von der Stifterfirma übernommenen AMI-Kliniken an die Fürsorgestiftung der Stifterfirma wurde zur Wahrung der Destinatärsrechte der patronal geäufnete Fürsorgefonds in der vorliegenden Stiftung verselbständigt. Die Stiftung kann in Ergänzung zu den bestehenden obligatorischen und überobligatorischen Vorsorgeeinrichtungen der Firma zugunsten der Arbeitnehmer der Klinik Hirslanden und Mitarbeitenden, die ursprünglich in der Klinik Hirslanden gearbeitet haben und aufgrund organisatorischer Massnahmen ins Corporate Office von Hirslanden versetzt wurden, sowie deren Hinterbliebenen freiwillige Vorsorgeleistungen gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität, Tod und Arbeitslosigkeit in Notlagen und Härtefällen ausrichten, sofern die anderweitigen Versicherungen und Personalfürsorgestiftungen nicht ausreichend sind.
