## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Fürsorge für die bei der Stifterin arbeitsrechtlich angestellten und bei der Stifterin pensionierten Mitarbeiter sowie für deren Angehörige und Hinterbliebene gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Invalidität und Tod sowie die Unterstützung in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität oder Arbeitslosigkeit. Die Stiftung kann zur Finanzierung von Beiträgen und Versicherungsprämien auch Leistungen an andere steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen erbringen, die zugunsten der Destinatäre bestehen. Die Beiträge des Arbeitgebers können jedoch nur aus Mitteln der Stiftung erbracht werden, wenn von diesem vorgängig Beitragsreserven geäufnet worden und diese gesondert ausgewiesen sind (Arbeitgeberbeitragsreserven). Der Stiftungszweck kann durch den Abschluss geeigneter Versicherungsverträge oder durch Eintritt in solche Verträge verwirklicht werden. Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte ist in jedem Falle die Stiftung.
