## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die freiwillige Vorsorge für diejenigen Schwestern des DVL, welche per 31.12.2021 des Destinatärskreis der Stiftung angehörten, in Fällen von Alter, Invalidität, Krankheit und Unfall sowie die Unterstützung von Hinterbliebenen im Todesfall. Aus dem Stiftungsvermögen dürfen - ausser zu Vorsorgezwecken - keine Leistungen erbracht werden, zu denen der DVL rechtlich verpflichtet ist, oder die er allenfalls zusätzlich als Entgelt für geleistete Arbeit ausrichtet (Teuerungszulagen, Gratifikationen usw.). Die Stiftung kann zur Erreichung des Zweckes Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen betreiben, Versicherungsverträge zugunsten der Destinatäre oder eines Teiles derselben abschliessen oder in solche Verträge eintreten, wobei sie selbst Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein muss.
