## Purpose

Um diesen Zweck zu verwirklichen a) wird der Bestand der Sammlung nach Möglichkeit durch Zukäufe oder Schenkungen seitens Dritter erweitert; b) wird das Sammelgut in geeigneten Räumlichkeiten aufbewahrt, unterhalten und der interessierten Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht; c) betreibt die Stiftung einen Online-Katalog; d) organisiert und veranstaltet die Stiftung in und ausserhalb ihrer Lagerräumlichkeiten Ausstellungen; e) stellt die Stiftung ihr Sammelgut Dritten zu Ausstellungszwecken als Leihgaben zur Verfügung. Sofern die finanziellen Mittel der Stiftung es erlauben und der Hauptzweck der Stiftung dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt wird, unterstützt sie Künstler, die in den Bereichen der bildenden Kunst, Fotografie, Film, Grafik, etc. tätig sind und einen engen Bezug zum Kanton Graubünden haben.
