## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht darin, einen Beitrag zur Entwicklung des Arbeitsmarktes und zur Reduktion der Arbeitslosigkeit zu leisten. Die Stiftung will insbesondere benachteiligten Menschen beim Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt und bei der Orientierung im Arbeitsmarkt helfen. Sie initiiert, fördert, unterstützt und implementiert unter anderem Massnahmen, welche die Chancen im Arbeitsmarkt von Menschen erhöhen, die aufgrund ihres Alters, ihres sozioökonomischen Umfeldes, einer Behinderung, ihrer Ausbildung, Herkunft, langen Absenz vom Arbeitsmarkt oder aus anderen Gründen benachteiligt sind. Diese Massnahmen können sowohl praktischer Natur sein als auch im Dienste der Forschung und Wissenschaft stehen. Die Stiftung kann ebenso in der Schweiz fest angestellte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Stifterin in besonderen, individuellen Härtefällen unterstützen. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
