## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt: Finanzielle Unterstützung der in den Dörfern Diesbach, Hätzingen und Luchsingen wohnhaften Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen bis zum 30. Lebensjahr zur beruflichen und wissenschaftlichen Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie zur künstlerischen, kulturellen und sportlichen Förderung, Finanzierung von Anlässen, die den in den Dörfern Diesbach, Hätzingen und Luchsingen wohnhaften Jugendlichen förderlich sind. Die Ausrichtung dieser Unterstützungsbeiträge erfolgt während 30 Jahren ausschliesslich aus dem Ertrag des Stiftungsvermögens. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist ist es dem Stiftungsrat auch erlaubt, Beiträge aus dem Stiftungsvermögen auszurichten. Das Nähere bestimmt ein vom Stiftungsrat zu erlassendes Reglement. Massgebend für die Definition des Gebietes der genannten Dörfer sind die Grenzen der ehemaligen Einheitsgemeinde Luchsingen, d.h. rechts der Linth das Gebiet zwischen Diesbach und Rotrunse und links der Linth das Gebiet zwischen Schwändibach und Steinigenbach. Die Stiftung kann im Übrigen alles vorkehren, was zur Erreichung ihres Zieles dient.
