Finanzia in modo autonomo ed in stretta collaborazione con Enti pubblici e privati interessati, in particolare: interventi di salvaguardia del patrimonio naturalistico, edilizio e rurale compreso l'acquisto di beni immobili; di miglioramento delle strutture esistenti, presenti sul territorio - programmi di ricerca scientifica. Sostiene lo sviluppo turistico nella zona di montagna, in particolare l'agriturismo. Divulga in diversi contesti gli interventi effettuati. Collabora con i comuni e altri Enti pubblici e privati per conseguire i propri scopi.
