## Purpose

Il promovimento naturalistico e turistico del Monte Generoso attraverso la valorizzazione paesaggistica del territorio, conformemente a quanto stabilito dal P.U.C. "Piano d'utilizzazione cantonale". A tal fine la Fondazione Monte Generoso provvederà all'acquisto dalla società Bellavista Monte Generoso SA e si prodigherà per mantenere l'integrità dei beni immobili da questa posseduti nel comprensorio del Monte Generosositi in territorio dei Comuni di Mendrisio, Melano,e Castel San Pietro. La Fondazione Monte Generoso, pur non avendo scopo di lucro, potrà appaltare a terzi la costruzione, le gestioni e lo sviluppo di attività economiche nel rispetto dell'interesse pubblico e nei limiti posti dal P.U.C.; a tale fine la Fondazione Monte Generoso ha segnatamente la facoltà di concedere diritti di superficie, sottoscrivere contratti di locazione ed affitti, concludere comodati e convenzioni con i privati e gli Enti Pubblici interessati. I relativi proventi saranno utilizzati per il pagamento di mutui accordati per procedere all'acquisto degli immobili e dei fondi di cui sopra e, più in generale, saranno finalizzati al raggiungimento dello scopo della Fondazione.
