## Purpose

Promuovere, gestire e sostenere in Svizzera l'organizzazione di Scuole, in particolare della Scuola Primaria paritaria, della Scuola Secondaria di I grado (Scuola Media) paritaria e del Liceo Scientifico paritario con ordinamento quadriennale, seguendo il riordino dei cicli scolastici, così come previsto dal Ministero Italiano dell'Istruzione, Università e Ricerca (qui di seguito denominate Scuole). Potenziare e/o creare strutture in genere volte a consentire attività scolastiche, formative, ricreative ed artistiche, nonché finanziare progetti, enti, istituzioni e strutture ed iniziative volte al promovimento di ogni forma di cultura e creatività nei giovani, ed alla creazione e promozione di attività del tempo libero di carattere culturale e ricreativo per i giovani. Raccogliere i fondi necessari al raggiungimento dello scopo, inclusa l'eventuale acquisizione di beni mobili ed immobili. La fondazione è di pubblica utilità. Ogni fine di lucro è escluso.
