Company Purpose
Destinare il complesso immobiliare denominato "Il Girasole" allo svolgimento delle attività didattiche, di studio e di ricerca scientifica dell'Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio o di altre Università, di attività di studio della cultura del Moderno, del promovimento e dello sviluppo della dotazione dell'Archivio dell'Accademia, assicurando il restauro, la conservazione e valorizzazione del complesso medesimo. La fondazione è quindi un'organizzazione non lucrativa di utilità sociale.
