La concessione degli aiuti/elargizioni spetta unicamente al Consiglio di Fondazione, di regola previa consultazione con l'operatore/rice sociale comunale e se necessario anche con il/la Municipale Capo Dicastero. La decisione del Consiglio di Fondazione è definitiva e inappellabile. II Consiglio di Fondazione non è tenuto a giustificare la sua decisione. Qualora il reddito netto annuale non venisse integralmente consumato per aiuti e/o elargizioni, deve essere devoluto al Comune di Tresa a favore della gestione della Scuola dell'infanzia comunale.
