## Purpose

Potranno usufruire delle prestazioni della fondazione anziani al beneficio della rendita AVS o, nel futuro, di prestazioni sociali sostitutive all'attuale rendita AVS. Le prestazioni dovranno venir erogate senza distinzione di nazionalità, religione o sesso, in generale senza adottare criteri discriminatori. La fondazione è senza scopo di lucro e di pubblica utilità.
