## Purpose

La Fondazione ha per scopo di promuovere iniziative a sostegno di persone senza fissa dimora, con problemi di alloggio o alloggio inadeguato sul territorio del Cantone Ticino. Essa incoraggia, realizza e gestisce centri di accoglienza, progetti d'integrazione sociale, professionale e per il tempo libero o altre istituzioni analoghe a favore di persone che presentano problematiche di esclusione sociale. A tale scopo la Fondazione ha chiesto e ottenuto dal Comune di Bellinzona, in data 7 dicembre 2020, un diritto di superficie per 50 (cinquanta) anni per ristrutturare e poi gestire l'immobile ex Ostini (in Via Guisan 3E) che occupa parte del fondo n. 1096 (millenovantasei) RFD Bellinzona, e poi gestire tutti i relativi progetti e le attività ad esso legati. La Fondazione può collaborare con tutti gli Enti ed Associazioni e privati che perseguono scopi analoghi. La Fondazione è di utilità pubblica e non ha scopo di lucro. La Fondazione è apartitica e aconfessionale.
