## Purpose

La Fondazione ha per scopo il promovimento dell'agricoltura ticinese mediante premi o contributi finanziari ad opere che, per tramite della stampa o di mezzi audiovisivi, abbiano a stimolare l'interesse per l'agricoltura ticinese. Potranno essere corrisposti contributi anche per opere scientifiche riferentesi all'agricoltura in genere, in quest'ultimo caso purché l'autore sia ticinese. Come pure, a giudizio del Consiglio di fondazione, l'attribuzione di borse di studio a giovani meritevoli che frequentano scuole, studi superiori e di perfezionamento nel campo dell'agricoltura in senso generale. Potranno inoltre essere corrisposti contributi per progetti in ambito agricolo. La Fondazione non ha scopo di lucro ed è di pubblica utilità. La Fondazione promuove i contributi finanziari per i progetti e le borse di studio in ambio agricolo, pubblicizzandoli con degli inserti sulla rivista settimanale l'Agricoltore Ticinese per quattro volte l'anno.
