Company Purpose
permettre une plus grande démocratisation de la gastronomie conformément à l'idéal poursuivi par Joseph Favre, en particulier soutenir la formation de jeunes cuisiniers ou pâtissiers, notamment par l'organisation d'un concours dont la dénomination est le "Grand Prix Joseph Favre" et dont la cérémonie de remise des prix aura principalement lieu en Valais (cf acte de fondation pour but complet)
