Le Conseil de Fondation attribue souverainement, en principe chaque année, un prix humanitaire et social, un prix jeunesse, et un prix culturel destinés à récompenser des actions particulièrement méritantes. La part non attribuée est placée dans un fonds de réserve affecté à une action future déterminée et retenue. a) Le prix humanitaire et social peut être attribué à titre personnel, à des associations, des organisations ou· des sociétés dont le but est d'œuvrer dans le domaine humanitaire et social. Le même prix peut être réparti entre plusieurs bénéficiaires. b) Le prix jeunesse peut être attribué à titre personnel, à des associations, des organisations ou des sociétés dont le but est d'œuvrer dans le domaine de la jeunesse. Le même prix peut être réparti entre plusieurs bénéficiaires. Les domaines d'action récompensés sont notamment l'école, les études, les sciences, le sport, les arts. c) Le prix culturel peut être attribué à titre personnel, à des associations, des organisations ou des sociétés dont le but est d'œuvrer dans le domaine culturel valaisan. Le même prix peut être réparti entre plusieurs bénéficiaires
