## Purpose

La Fondation a pour buts: a) d'accorder une aide à la Fondation en faveur des handicapés mentaux (FOVAHM), à Sion, par l'affectation de sommes d'argent, soit pour l'acquisition de matériel, soit par une aide destinée directement à la gestion de l'œuvre; b) au cas où le but de la Fondation deviendrait irréalisable, l'organe de surveillance le modifiera de telle façon qu'une institution analogue puisse en profiter, sans que le nom en soit modifié, de préférence la "Fondation Anne-Marie MORAND", en faveur de l'hôpital de Martigny. A cet effet, la Fondation est autorisée à acquérir ou construire des immeubles, à contracter des emprunts, et, d'une manière générale, à effectuer toute opération propre à atteindre ces buts. Elle pourra solliciter et recevoir toute subvention officielle ou privée, tout don, conclure tout accord utile avec des organes publics ou privés. Le bénéfice et le capital de la Fondation sont exclusivement affectés aux buts précités. La Fondation ne poursuit aucun but lucratif.
